Cancellation Policy
KM Holistics Booking & Delivery Policy 1. Booking & Confirmations All bookings for meal plans, wellness programs, retreats, and corporate wellness sessions must be made through our website, WhatsApp, or email. Bookings are considered confirmed once payment (full or deposit, if applicable) has been received. Upon confirmation, you will receive a booking receipt and detailed instructions via email or WhatsApp. 2. Payments Payment methods accepted: Credit/Debit Card, Instant EFT (Ozow), PayFast, and selected digital wallets. For meal plans and subscriptions, full payment is required prior to delivery. For retreats or programs, a deposit secures your spot, with the balance due by the specified deadline. 3. Cancellations & Refunds Meal Plans & Subscriptions: Cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours before the next scheduled delivery. Late cancellations may incur a fee or forfeit the meal for that week. Programs & Retreats: Deposits are non-refundable but transferable to a future program if cancelled with at least 14 days’ notice. Full refunds are only issued if the retreat or session is cancelled by KM Holistics. Corporate wellness sessions require at least 7 days’ notice for cancellations to avoid a cancellation fee. 4. Delivery Policy Delivery areas: Pretoria, Centurion, Midrand, and Johannesburg. Delivery days: Mondays and Wednesdays. Orders must be placed a week in advance for delivery on either the upcoming Monday or Wednesday. Delivery fees apply based on your zone; free delivery applies to orders above the specified threshold. KM Holistics is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen traffic, weather, or courier issues. 5. Client Expectations Please provide accurate delivery addresses and contact details to ensure smooth delivery. All meal items are prepared fresh; we cannot guarantee exact ingredients availability for substitutions but will ensure nutritional balance is maintained. Clients are encouraged to store meals and products as advised to maintain freshness and quality. 6. Privacy & Communication Your contact details are used solely for booking confirmations, delivery updates, and program communications. You may opt-in to receive wellness tips, updates, and exclusive offers from KM Holistics. By booking with KM Holistics, you acknowledge and agree to our booking, payment, and delivery policies.
